WHAT IS YOUR RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY?

In the event an item received is incorrect or defective please notify us at info@fitmypeach.com or reach us on WhatsApp within 3 working days after receiving the package with the picture and unboxing video of the defect. If your product passes the return check, we will exchange the defect item with the same item if the product is available. Exchanges with another item is acceptable if it is the same price or less. If you want to exchange with a higher price item you need to pay the difference. On sale and special request items are not exchangeable or returnable.

There is no pick up service for any return and exchange items. Customers are responsible for arranging any shipping/delivery and any other costs incurred for returning the item. We will not be responsible for any lost packages during this return process and will not proceed with the return if the package does not reach us.

Returns must be sent back to us within 7 business days after receiving the items. Late returns over the time limit will not be accepted. Returns should be received by Fit My Peach in its original condition sent to the customer - new, unused and unwashed. Fit My Peach will not accept any returns that are damaged, soiled or altered. Fit My Peach has the right to return the unaccepted items back to the customer. Returns and exchanges are only allowed once per purchase.

HOW WILL MY PACKAGE BE DELIVERED AND HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SHIP MY ORDER?

Your package will be delivered using courier JNE REG or J&T from Bandung. All packages will be shipped during our operational hours, Monday-Saturday, 8:30am-5pm. This will vary on your delivery method preference. However, when you have finalized your order, made the payment and completed the transaction, your oder will be processed as soon as possible on the same day of your purchase or the next business day. For the duration of the shipment, please refer to the courier's website.

Currently we ship internationally throughout Asia and Australia. 

It is not possible to cancel or modify your order after completing your purchase.

CAN I CANCEL OR MODIFY MY ORDER ONCE I HAVE COMPLETED THE PAYMENT?

Yes, click on the 'Notify Me When Available' button on the out of stock item and a notification will be sent directly to you when it is back in stock.

At the moment we accept Indonesian Bank Transfer payment. You can choose Xendit to transfer from the following: BNI, Mandiri, Bank Permata, BRI and Bank Sampoerna. Or select Manual Payments to make a transfer payment via BCA. You can also use Xendit to make a payment via e-Wallet for the following: Shopee Pay, DANA, LinkAja and OVO. 

 

We also accept PayPal for Indonesian and international payments.
